How tuition works

Tuition depends on the weeks and the age group you book. Here is what sets it and how it is paid.

  • What sets tuition

    Tuition depends on your camper's age group and the weeks you book. We are glad to go through the figures by phone.

    • Full days, Monday to Friday

  • Registration

    Registration holds a place and opens a file for your camper for the summer. It is due when you register, and we tell you what it covers.

  • Holding a place

    A place is held once we have your registration and the first week's payment. When a week is full, families join its waitlist, and we offer places in the order families joined.

  • Help with tuition

    Families who need help with tuition can ask the camp committee, in confidence. Every request is handled privately, and nobody at camp knows who asked.

  • Withdrawing

    We ask for notice before a booked week so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. We explain what happens to a week that is already booked.

  • Gear and other costs

    A few things are set apart, and each is named, with what it covers, when you register.
